Wow! Hi guys! I totally forgot about this, Ive been busy with family. This past year has been hard for me. Ive had to put my family first but now im back. Ready to continue taking care of me.
-I went to the gym today! For an hour and 15min
-Had 3 cups of tea
-Doing the 30 day squat challenge. 50 squats- Done!
First few days are the hardest but i can do it! Currently weighing 65kg. Goal this month. 60 kg. Wish me luck!!
OMG! So im back! Ive been addicted to insta and totally forgot about tumblr. Well here is the thing. This year is my year! Its Day 3 of healthy eating and i am currently weighing 64kg. My goal weight is 55kg but would love to be 50kg. Lets see how I go
So Thursday is my day off uni, yet i have sooooo much to do! so my to do list-
1. Gym for 1.5 hours
2. Write Notes/Study for Bio
3. Write Notes for OH&S
4. Work at 5-9pm
